Make a Booking

Why do I need to make a booking? 
Can I not just turn up?

Here at Otters Pool Studio, we are very proud of the quality of customer service we provide.

To help us to provide this level of service, we often need to leave the workshop to call upon our customers to pick up artwork, deliver orders, collect materials, or meet to discuss requirements.  Should you call in on us at the Mayford Centre at any of these times, you would find us closed and you would have had a wasted journey, and we really don't want that to happen. 

We'd also rather give each of our customers our dedicated attention rather than making them wait or share that attention with other customers that may arrive at the same time.

The solution to all of this is to operate by appointment.  Appointments are easy to book from our website and we can be certain that we can give all of our attention to each customer at a time that we know we are there to offer it.

We understand that not everyone wants to book an appointment for their framing services, and you are more than welcome to call anytime - just check we are in first!
