Loyalty Card

To all Dome Art Services and Otters Pool Studio Loyalty Card Holders,

 

The card was launched early in 2012 to offer local customers a chance to accrue loyalty points when shopping at Otters Pool Studio and Dome Art Services for redemption against future purchases.  Unfortunately, the take up has been disappointing, and with the closure of Dome, only a handful of our customers now regularly take advantage of it.  This has resulted in disproportionate administration costs in running the scheme over the benefits gained from it.

 

As such, with immediate effect, you will not be able to collect any new points on your card.  Any points collected to date will remain on the card until 24th December 2013, our last trading day of the year.  By way of compensation, standard loyalty points will be worth double when redeemed before the scheme closes.  Points earned from promotional bonuses will remain at face value.  All points will become null and void at the closure of the scheme on 24th December 2013.  Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers, but can be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer against framing orders, fine art printing orders, and the purchase of artists materials.

 

Any points purchased as gift vouchers will remain at face value and will not be affected by the closure of this scheme.

 

Whilst I’m sure many will see the closure of this scheme as a disappointment, its closure will make way for a wider range of offers that should appeal to more of our customers, not just those who have regularly used the card in the past.
